The Landscape Maintenance Technician will be responsible for supporting various landscape maintenance tasks at commercial properties, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. • Perform routine landscape maintenance services including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure clean, neat, and professional grounds.
• Maintain plant health through tasks such as planting, watering, mulching, pruning, and weeding.
• Support seasonal landscaping projects, such as planting seasonal flowers and maintaining flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
• Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Assist with irrigation system maintenance, ensuring proper operation and troubleshooting when necessary.
• Perform routine site inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized.
• Follow established safety protocols and industry best practices at all times to minimize risk and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional service while working in a team-oriented environment or independently as required to meet client needs and deadlines.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while representing the company in interactions with clients, colleagues, and the public.

• Prior experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to operate a variety of landscaping equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including plant care, irrigation, and pest management, is advantageous.
• Strong physical stamina, with the ability to perform labor-intensive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions and for extended periods.
• A keen eye for detail, with a commitment to providing high-quality, consistent service.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
